Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Free Shipping Promotions
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $69 after discounts and before taxes. Excludes oversized items (if applicable – outdoor umbrellas may incur an extra fee; you will see this at checkout).
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost / Stolen Packages
ZHANLING TRADING LIMITED is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first. We will assist with filing a claim where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice an error, email us immediately at [Email]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Return-to-sender packages will be subject to re-shipping fees.
