Refund Policy

We want you to love your outdoor space. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Outdoor umbrellas: Must be unassembled and in original box.

  • Outdoor rugs & pillows: Must be free of dirt, pet hair, and outdoor debris.

  • Outdoor dinnerware: No chips, cracks, or signs of use.

Non‑returnable items:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage (e.g., leaving cushions in rain).

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if offered).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [Returns Email] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not send items back without an RA number.

  3. Pack the item securely, include the RA number, and ship to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s responsibility for returns due to change of mind. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

  • Free return label will be provided if the item arrived defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We’re sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos showing the damage / defect / wrong item.
    We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping).

Exchanges
If you need a different size/color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
